Leyton – Demolition
DESCRIPTION:
Leyton needed a local electrician in San Francisco to urgently disconnect eight outlets and remove the power whips from eight office workstations before demolition, lease expiration, and pickup by the movers.
SERVICES:
Accend provided a certified electrician to turn off the circuit breakers, disconnect and cap all electrical wires in the junction boxes, disconnect low-voltage Ethernet cables from the data jacks, and disassemble office desks for pickup by the movers. The local electrician also restored power to selected outlets to provide temporary power. Leyton is now ready to hand over the office on Monday before the lease expires, avoiding a potential $5,000 penalty.
