Paula Wong
CEO & FOUNDER
With more than 35 years of experience in electrical, low-voltage, communications, and security systems, Paula brings a unique blend of construction knowledge and technology expertise to Accend Electric.
Her “aha” moment came while running Accend Networks, the parent company, when she saw how the same tools and technologies used in advanced network environments — including AI and other emerging solutions — could also support construction projects. By applying that perspective to the field, Paula helps clients move through projects more efficiently while delivering innovative, reliable, and practical solutions.
Her background bridges the gap between advanced technology systems and field execution, helping clients achieve successful project outcomes.
Paula also comes from an entrepreneurial background. Her father owned a restaurant, giving her an early understanding of business ownership, customer service, and hard work. She is also multilingual and speaks three languages.
Jeremy Herrera
ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER
Jeremy Herrera supports project coordination and client communication for Accend Electric.
With more than two years of customer service experience and ongoing studies toward a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Jeremy brings a detail-oriented, service-focused approach to project support. His role helps keep communication clear, schedules organized, and client needs visible throughout the project lifecycle.
